Training church-building teachers and expanding teaching capacity to promote spiritual maturity for members of a church or a region.
Our Vision & Strategy
Based on our experience, approach, and professional resources we can assist a community, a church or a region in accomplishing the following spiritual goals and needs:
01
To explore and understand the biblical qualifications of a church-building teacher.
02
To explore and understand the role of the church-building teacher biblically, historically, and culturally.
03
To help trainees recognize and develop their unique, God-given gift of teaching to benefit their local ministries.
04
To help each trainee mature spiritually in areas of godly character, e.g., humility, servant-leadership, a teachable heart, integrity, and desire for unity.
05
To teach trainees how to work with a team of gifted leaders in their local church setting to equip the church members for the work of ministry to build a healthy church.
06
To help trainees acquire specific skills as a church-building teacher in the areas of effective teaching, biblical exegesis, spiritual leadership, organic teamwork, and the maturation of disciples in the local church setting.
07
